ACTIVITY DATA SUBMISSION
RUN data can be submitted from 25th December 00:00 hrs to 28th December, 2020 18:00 hrs, post that no more run data will be accepted.
WHERE TO SUBMIT THE ACTIVITY DATA - All of these are to be submitted through a Data Upload Module (Upload Form Link) which is present in your REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION RECEIPT (PDF Document which is sent over your registered email as and when one registers).
Once you finish your run, you need to submit a during / post run picture of yours with a screenshot of your run activity which would show the details such as distance you ran, time & date, average pace, etc.
Please note you can submit your data ONCE ONLY via the above suggested link. We request you to do that rightly and respect the integrity of the event by submitting genuine run data only.
Late data submission is not appreciable and will not be entertained.

ABOUT THE TIMES FOR INDIA ORG
The Times for India.org, is a social arm of the Times Group. It works as a catalyst to encourage impactful interventions in Education, Health, Environment, Women Empowerment, Disaster Relief & Rehabilitation, Advocacy, Vocational Training and Spiritual wellness. It is a platform for engaging on critical national imperatives to sensitize on issues, enhance public awareness and facilitate meaningful dialogues for addressing these.
To work in the various segments we co-create multi stakeholder partnerships, which act as points of convergence for Government agencies, NGOs, corporate sectors, multilateral agencies and individuals, for all around inclusive and equitable socio – economic development.

Through this joint initiative “Do Kadam Sehat Ke”, we want to motivate all fellow citizens to remain fit & fitter, and while doing so also be an active partner in helping meritorious deserving students achieve their education goals and better their household's lives.
CONTRIBUTOR TITLES & RUN TAKEAWAYS
Contribution Titles depends upon your contribution & registration. Each Contribution Title has a different part of contribution from the registration fees, which goes in SUPPORT for a meritorious child's education.
All the proofs submitted will be verified & post successful verification, the finishers will receive their takeaways, as per the registration made consisting of a Finisher's E-Certificate, Physical Finisher's Medal, and an Excellent Quality Tuffman T-Shirt.

NORMAL DISPATCH TIMELINE
Post lockdown ends or 25 days after the event, whichever is later, the applied kit shall be dispatched to be delivered right at your doorstep. Regular updates shall be shared with you via email.
Facilities & Briefing
PLEDGE YOUR OWN DISTANCE
With the effect of uncertainty due to the pandemic, lockdown(s) and changed your routines & schedules, you can pledge your own comfortable RUN distance from the below mentioned standard distances on a probable basis.
Run Distances - 21K | 10K | 5K | 3K
Now, any last minute plan changes (regarding changing your RUN distance category) are no worries at all, as the same is pledged by you in the registration process on a PROBABLE & a COMFORTABLE basis.
*Participants will receive the e-certificate mentioning the standard distance covered by them actually (distances mentioned above), irrespective of the distances pledged while filling in registration.
* If you are running a lesser distance, than the pledged distance, you would still be counted as a finisher but for the nearest lower distance to the actual activity distance covered by you. For example - If you pledged to run a 10K distance but ended up running a 5K distance, you would be eligible for a 5K distance Finisher E-Certificate & Finisher Medal.
* If you are running a greater distance, than the chosen distance, you would be counted as a finisher for the greater distance, if the distance is covered well and exactly by you. For example - If you pledged to run a 10K distance but ended up running a 21K distance, you would be eligible for a 21K distance Finisher E-Certificate & Finisher Medal.
Only under special circumstances, a 0.25 km’s relaxation would be considered for any distance category.
We understand that you accept the fact that the finisher takeaways such as physical finisher medal & finisher e-certificate will only be sent to the finishers after the event. If a t-shirt is opted, it should be sent to your door – step regardless of the finisher status.
COURIERING GUIDELINES

Couriering attempt shall be done max 2 times.

In case of 2nd and so on courier attempts, cost for extra attempts is to be paid separately by the registered participant which shall follow, in case of non - delivery of the takeaway package due to any reason.

Please note that the takeaway package would be sent only to the address under records. We are not responsible for any wrong / incomplete information provided in regards with the address (including pincode).

The same is also applicable in case of mis-fit of the opted t-shirt sizes.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations / Transfer of Tickets / Refund are not possible at all. Any requests received will not be eligible for a refund, under any circumstances.
Also, in case of occurrence of any unforeseeable circumstances / events / situations due to any x-factor leading upto event cancellation, the event fees paid wouldn't be refunded under any circumstances.

THE RUN ACTIVITY NEEDS TO BE

Completed in ONE SINGLE SESSION

Only during the mentioned time frame and doesn't need to be completed under any cut-off timing,

While ensuring #SocialDistancing and lockdown rules (if still applicable) in the respective cities / areas.

Runners are to run the pledged distance using a GPS based device such as a Watch / Mobile Phone and syncing their workouts to apps like Strava, Garmin, RunKeeper, Runtastic, Nike Run Club, Map My Walk, etc. Manual activity data will not be entertained.

The Run is participation based and not a performance based event. Hence, there would be no timings / positions expressed anywhere on the e-certificate. For timed runs, one can feel free to visit at www.tuffmanindia.com/races.html where one can check for our timed races.
TAKEAWAY(S) DISPATCH FOR A GROUP
Avail opportunity to receive your physical takeaway’s together in a suitable bulk packaging at one common address, for 5+ participants who have registered for the event.
The delivery for all the physical takeaways will be simplified for a group and you can experience proud memories, enjoying your takeaways.
The group leader / admin needs to get in touch with us via info@tuffmanindia.com, and we shall get back to him / her regarding the dispatch for the respective group.
IMPORTANT - The group leader should contact us maximum by 15th December, 2020 to be eligible for the group dispatch as per NORMAL DISPATCH TIMELINE.
ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS - Inform your group leader / admin, if you are interested in takeaway(s) dispatch for yourself via the group dispatch way. You shall give your name and contact number to the group leader, so that he / she can add you to the list.
