Once you finish your run, you need to submit a post run picture of yours with an activity link & screenshot of your run activity which would show the details such as distance you ran, time & date, average pace, etc.

RUN data can be submitted from 3rd September 00:00 hrs to 6th September, 2021 18:00 hrs, post that no more run activity data will be accepted.

WHERE TO SUBMIT THE ACTIVITY DATA - All of these are to be submitted through an Activity Submission Event which will received by you via email & SMS, closer to the event date. (Given above now)

Late data submission is not appreciable and will not be entertained.

RUN TAKEAWAYS

All the proofs submitted will be verified & post successful verification, the finishers will receive a kit, as per the registration made consisting of a Finisher's E-Certificate, Finisher's Medal, and an Excellent Quality Tuffman T-SHIRT / SINGLET.

Tuffman Visor, Tuffman Bandana & T-SHIRT / SINGLET PERSONALISATION is available at INR 450, INR 200 & INR 150 respectively as an Add-on ticket.

Tuffman Visor & Tuffman Bandana, if opted, shall be dispatched after the event (as per NORMAL DISPATCH TIMELINE) with the finisher medal and other takeaways.

In case, if opted for DELIVERY IN ADVANCE (applicable only for T-SHIRT / SINGLET), the Tuffman Visor & Tuffman Bandana shall be sent along with your T-SHIRT / SINGLET before the event dates (as per DELIVERY IN ADVANCE TIMELINE) .

T-SHIRT / SINGLET Personalisation, if opted, shall be followed over your T-SHIRT / SINGLET and the same shall be dispatched as per your registration type.

Please note T-SHIRT / SINGLET PERSONALISATION allows to enter upto 10 alphanumeric characters at max. UPPER CASE will only be used in name printing. Name will be printed on the back of the t-shirt.

We understand that you accept the fact that the finisher takeaways such as finisher medal & finisher e-certificate will only be sent to the finishers after the event. If a T-SHIRT / SINGLET is opted, it should be sent to your door – step regardless of the finisher status. (along with Tuffman Visor & Tuffman Bandana, if opted)

TAKEAWAYS' DELIVERY IN ADVANCE TIMELINE

The applied T-SHIRT / SINGLET shall be dispatched to be delivered right at your doorstep, before the event dates. Regular updates shall be shared with you via SMS from the delivery partner.

TAKEAWAYS' NORMAL DISPATCH TIMELINE

Post lockdown ends or 25 days after the event, whichever is later, the applied takeaways shall be dispatched to be delivered right at your doorstep. Regular updates shall be shared with you via SMS from the respective delivery partner.

The finisher medal is a ‘finisher’ reward and is subject to successful run finish & genuine data submission and hence, it cannot be delivered in advance. It shall be sent as per NORMAL DISPATCH TIMELINE as mentioned above.

⭕ Takeaways by Wow Skin Science will be sent to everyone, EXCEPT to those who opted for :-

Facilities & Briefing

CHOOSE YOUR OWN RUN DISTANCE

With the effect of uncertainty due to the pandemic, lockdown(s) and changed routines onto your training schedules, you are now free to choose your own comfortable RUN distance from the below mentioned standard distances on a probable basis.

Run Distances - 80K | 50K | 42K | 30K | 21K | 10K | 5K | 3K

Now, any last minute plan changes (regarding changing your RUN distance category) are no worries at all, as the same is entered by you in the registration process on a PROBABLE & a COMFORTABLE basis.

*Participants will receive the e-certificate mentioning the standard distance covered by them actually (distances mentioned above), irrespective of the distances chosen while filling in registration.

*If you are running a lesser distance, than the chosen distance, you would still be counted as a finisher but for the nearest lower distance to the actual activity distance covered by you. For example - If you chose to run a 10K distance but ended up running a 5K distance, you would be eligible for a 5K distance Finisher E-Certificate & Finisher Medal.

*If you are running a greater distance, than the chosen distance, you would be counted as a finisher for the greater distance, if the distance is covered well and exactly by you. For example - If you chose to run a 10K distance but ended up running a 21K distance, you would be eligible for a 21K distance Finisher E-Certificate & Finisher Medal.

Only under special circumstances, a 0.25 km’s relaxation would be considered for any distance category.

COURIERING GUIDELINES

Couriering attempt shall be done max 2 times.
In case of 2nd and so on courier attempts, cost for extra attempts is to be paid separately by the registered participant which shall follow, in case of non - delivery of the takeaway package due to any reason.
Please note that the takeaway package would be sent only to the address under records. We are not responsible for any wrong / incomplete information provided in regards with the address (including pincode).
The same is also applicable in case of mis-fit of the opted T-SHIRT / SINGLET sizes.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations / Transfer of Tickets / Refund are not possible at all. Any requests received will not be eligible for a refund, under any circumstances.

Also, in case of occurrence of any unforeseeable circumstances / events / situations due to any x-factor leading upto event cancellation, the event fees paid wouldn't be refunded under any circumstances.

SIMPLE RULES

Tuffman Solo Run (Monsoon Edition 2.0) starts on 3rd September, 2021 (Friday) from 00:00 hrsto 5th September (Sunday) 23:59 hrs.
THE RUN ACTIVITY NEEDS TO BE
1. Completed in ONE SINGLE SESSION ON ANY ONE GIVEN SINGLE DAY.
2. Only during the mentioned time frame and doesn't need to be completed under any cut-off timing,
3. While ensuring #SocialDistancing and lockdown rules (if still applicable) in the respective cities / areas.
Runners are to run the opted distance using a GPS based device such as a Watch / Mobile Phone and syncing their workouts to apps like Strava, Garmin, RunKeeper, Runtastic, Nike Run Club, Map My Walk, etc. Manual activity data will not be entertained.
The Run is participation based and not a performance based event. Hence, there would be no timings / positions expressed anywhere on the e-certificate. For timed runs, one can feel free to visit at www.tuffmanindia.com/races.html where one can check for our timed races.
Pictures requested in the registration process are for feature creatives and are only for promotional purposes. The same are not anyway a part of the opted takeaway(s) for your registration.

The feature creatives will only be made for registered participants up till 25th August, 2021.

No feature creative shall be made for anyone after the above mentioned date.

TAKEAWAY(S) DISPATCH FOR A GROUP

Avail opportunity to receive your physical takeaway’s together in a suitable bulk packaging at one common address, for 5+ participants who have registered for the event.

The delivery for all the physical takeaways will be simplified for a group and you can experience proud memories, enjoying your takeaways.

The group leader / admin needs to get in touch with us via info@tuffmanindia.com, and we shall get back to him / her regarding the dispatch for the respective group.

IMPORTANT - The group leader should contact us maximum by 10th August, 2021 to be eligible for the group dispatch in case of DELIVERY IN ADVANCE and 5th September, 2021 in case of NORMAL DISPATCH TIMELINE.

ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS - Inform your group leader / admin, if you are interested in takeaway(s) dispatch for yourself via the group dispatch way. You shall give your name and contact number to the group leader, so that he / she can add you to the list.

Feel free to post the above in your respective groups so that the registered individuals get to know about the takeaway(s) dispatch for a group.
